We want to implement the project "Build efficiently your own understanding!" ( BE YOU) because we want to offer a solution through which youth workers contribute to reducing social and professional anxiety of young people from Generation Z. The solution developed in the project is the innovative training tool, BE YOU, through which Generation Z youth improve their ability to communicate face-to-face, manage time, work in teams and increase their self-confidence.
