In our world, where uncertainties and crises are increasing day by day, individuals need to be equipped with a wide variety of skills for resilience. It is not difficult to state that we, as a civil society, have to take the initiative in order to show our efforts to increase the hopes of people (especially young people) for the future and to develop new interventions as a result of global migration, Covid-19 epidemic and climate change crises and natural disasters in our country in recent years. However, according to various research results (https://youth-goals.eu/); “A significant and growing number of young people in Europe are expressing their concern about the prevalence of mental health problems such as high stress, anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses among their peers. Young people speak of the enormous societal pressures they face today and are committed to better provision of young people's mental health. It expresses the need.” Structured Dialogue Cycle VI Thematic Report: As one of these challenges, as stated in the Mental Health and Wellbeing report; The media offers excellent images of life and standards of happiness or excellence for many young people, which makes them feel like failures compared to them. Social media can present unattainable lifestyles as simple, accessible and even necessary. Also, while it is difficult to define what realistic or unrealistic life expectations are, it gives young people a constant sense of failure in achieving unattainable goals. It is stated that this affects the mental health of young people, which manifests itself as increased stress, depression or anxiety. The aim of this project is to contribute to the improvement of the resilience of young people aged 18-30 and to develop their personal development skills so that they are more resilient to changing world conditions and uncertainties. In line with this general purpose, our goals within the scope of the 12-month project are; Ob1: Developing the skills of 30 participating young people between the ages of 18-30, setting personal development goals, crisis management, psychosocial resilience, use of technology for welfare in social media, emotional intelligence and self-awareness, and stress, depression or anxiety management through youth exchange activity. Ob 2: Developing a handbook containing the activities carried out in the project to be used as a learning resource in the youth field. Ob 3: Developing a long-term network of cooperation between partners through experience and skill transfers.
