Objectives

Gender is a concept that encompasses the societal aspects of class, religion, and culture, which shape the roles and status of men and women in different societies. These gender relations are not fixed or unchanging, but rather, they are subject to modification, renegotiation, and reinterpretation over time. Unlike biological sex, which is a universal and unchanging difference between males and females, gender is a social construct that varies across different cultures and contexts. Gender relations can evolve and shift as societies progress and change, with individuals and communities working to challenge and overcome traditional gender roles and stereotypes. This project gathers several young people from different countries who have diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Through this project, we want to achieve the following: to promote gender equality in collective agreements; to support the progressive minds of young people, and normalize and empower Men and Women to Succeed in Non-Traditional Careers; To improve youngsters' critical thinking skills when choosing the working area and start thinking about jobs where the opposite sex is dominating. According to our aim, our participants will become motivated to make changes in their generations and encourage women and men in their communities to be what they want in this life. The project objectives are the following: -To embrace young workers to make careers in the field that are unusual for their gender roles. -To break stereotypes about what are preferable positions for men or women. -To Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace. -To Normalize Men in Female-Dominated Fields and vice versa. -To exchange experience knowledge and ideas between participants, build up partnerships, and generate new ideas. -To exchange the cultures, traditions, and costumes of their countries;
