As in the whole world, the European Union takes the necessary steps to adapt to the economic process depending on the developing and changing global conditions. The most important of these steps is unemployment and especially youth unemployment. Youth unemployment is increasing every year. There are many different reasons that cause this situation. The reasons arising from young people not knowing their potential enough are in the foreground. On the other hand, the education system also stands as an obstacle to youth unemployment. We aim for young people to get to know different sectors and themselves. We want them to know about job opportunities in different countries. We want them to evaluate different criteria while guiding their future careers. We want to enable young people to develop themselves in crisis management and time management. We want to enable young people to benefit by making an Erasmus project in a small city like Karaman.
