To investigate the problems that lead to youth involvement in crime and the causes of crime by developing solutions. To contribute to and benefit the community by helping young people involved in crime and children drawn to crime gain self-esteem and confidence, adapt to social life, prevent peer bullying, prevent self-harm, use communication techniques, and develop a solution-focused mindset rather than a problem-focused one. To maximize the professional skills, abilities, and teachings of our youth workers who are involved in the education and rehabilitation activities of youth involved in crime and children drawn to crime. To develop their behavioral patterns and solution-oriented skills in the face of problems they face due to their positions. To utilize the integrative nature of drama in the professional field. To develop youth workers' empathy skills through drama. Our goal is to connect the problems and factors that lead to crime experienced by young people and children involved in crime through drama, to understand the traumas they experience, the emotional turmoil they experience, and their mindset in the face of events. By developing solutions, we believe that the most beautiful aspect of achievement is sharing. As our Directorate, we aim to share the training we receive as part of the project with our staff, affiliated institutions, other institutions and organizations we collaborate with, and individuals and communities affiliated with associations and foundations, all with the aim of achieving profitability in their professional lives. We aim to share the knowledge, experience, and gains we will gain on the European stage through this training.
