The main goal of our project was to include young people in the decision-making process. The main theme in the decision-making process was sustainable environment. Sustainable environment theme applications were planned in the project for the development of new projects, seminars, waste management, and nature walks and workshops in the festival. All planned activities in the project were completed completely. The project provided meaningful civil, economic, social, cultural and political participation of young people in the EU Youth Strategy for Young People, the main field of 'Participation'. The main goal of our project is to provide more opportunities for the learning mobility of young people, those active in youth work or youth organizations and youth leaders, and to strengthen the ties between the youth field and the labor market; to increase the level of basic skills and competencies of young people, including those with limited opportunities, to encourage participation in democratic life and the labor market in Europe, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity; and to achieve this goal through project activities. In the project, decision-makers met with young people and interviews were held including information sharing and suggestions on sustainable environment. In addition, the climate museum was visited and their awareness about the environment and climate was increased. While environmental awareness was developed with the waste collection activity, the breakfast activity also increased peer education, social inclusion, and cultural awareness. Again, digital skills were increased in studies such as logo design, announcement of project activities through web tools, program flow, and design. The seminar activity was given by an expert in the field and the seminar reached many more people. The festival activity was held at ITU Technical High School and all school students, young people who took part in the project, young people who won awards in the project and sketch competition, association members, academicians from the university and school teachers held a workshop activity, awards were given, and 543 young people came together with a cocktail and project cake cutting, and a meaningful civil, economic, social, cultural and political participation of young people was ensured in the project festival activity.
