This project addresses the need for skilled labor in electric vehicle technologies, arising from the transformation in the automotive sector driven by digitalization and Industry 4.0. We applied for this project to cultivate skilled human resources and strengthen institutional capacities. We responded to the lack of up-to-date, digital, and application-based training materials focused on electric vehicles and Industry 4.0 in vocational education systems, the need to develop educators' teaching capacities in line with new technologies, and the need to integrate environmentally friendly educational approaches aimed at reducing carbon emissions under the European Green Deal into education. In this context, we aimed to equip individuals with sustainable skills compatible with electric vehicle technologies and capable of meeting the expectations of the labor market by developing open-access digital educational content and innovative learning environments.
