Green VET-Education is pivotal to counter the growing ESG risk vulnerability of SMEs and their increased demand for ESG-skilled personnel. PEARL aims to empower the VET Sector to fill these ESG knowledge gaps. Based on state-of-the-art digital learning resources our objective is to seamlessly integrate actionable ESG literacy into VET programs. This approach strengthens the resilience and adaptability of SMEs to a changing competitive environment and also promotes sustainable business practices.
