What we want to achieve: We want to implement this project because of the present and critical situation of youth unemployment in Europe, especially in the countries of our partner organisations. This problem exists due to various factors, including global economic uncertainties, shifts in labour markets, demographic transitions, the everyday demands of work environments, and global crises. One factor contributing to this problem is the need for knowledge among young people and the ever-growing presence of digital tools, which are becoming increasingly in demand. As industries adapted, the demand for specific skill sets, especially digital competencies, surged in line with global trends. Also, young people lack the means to start that journey into the labour market, using their CVs, LinkedIn, and social skills such as interviewing or networking. Our ultimate goal is to equip young individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully navigate the modern job market and overcome the hurdles of youth unemployment. We aspire to build a bridge between these young individuals and their communities, empowering them to thrive in the face of these challenges. All of these factors have been taken into consideration based on the needs of young people and communities, using surveys, questionnaires and data from reliable sources of Eurostat and government websites. We also have to take into consideration the organization's needs and youth work since improving these skills will mean that their work in the field of youth will improve as well and, thus, improve the quality of work of the partner organizations as well as other NGOs, interested in this topic since the good practices and the results will be shared after the YE. Objectives: 1. Understanding the labour market - By the end of the project, participants are expected to demonstrate a deeper understanding of labour market integration issues, as evidenced by their ability to identify and analyze challenges in this context. Equipping participants with a strong theoretical framework benefits them during the project and provides a lasting foundation for addressing labour market challenges throughout their careers. This knowledge will empower them to navigate future job market uncertainties effectively. Also, it relates to youth work practice by enhancing participants' capacity to address the specific challenges young job seekers face. Youth workers can employ this knowledge to provide tailored support to young people seeking employment. 2. Digital skills - Participants will acquire specific digital skills, such as proficiency in using Padlet, Canva, CapCut, etc. These skills gained during the project will have a lasting impact on participants, equipping them with valuable skills for future career pursuits. These skills are increasingly essential in a digitally driven job market. Participants will be better prepared to engage with modern workplaces, adapt to evolving technology, and access a broader range of job opportunities in the digital age. Addressing digital competence and directly improving upon it helps improve the work practices and empowers them with skills vital for success in the contemporary job landscape. 3. Communication and public speaking skills is vital for impactful job interviews. Youthwork - equipping young individuals with essential soft skills, enhancing their job prospects and overall personal growth. 4. Networking benefits is a pivotal facet of job research. Participants will show the ability to build and maintain professional networks, as evidenced by their engagement in post-project networking activities. Teaching participants is vital for job research and career development, which can be shared with other young job seekers. 5. Advocating for Erasmus+ - Participants will be able to express the benefits of Erasmus+ for comprehensive well-being, as demonstrated by their ability to advocate for the program effectively. This will enable participants to continue promoting Erasmus+ and similar programmes and joining more projects. 6.
