Objectives

The act of thinking went beyond a basic ability, since it encompassed a cognitive process that had the potential for improvement and development. Developing a solution-oriented mentality, challenging assumptions, and participating in creative thinking exercises were methods through which individuals could nurture this cognitive ability. Creativity was a cognitive ability that enabled individuals to experience the world via a multitude of perspectives, hence facilitating the exploration of many potentialities. The ability in question was an innate attribute possessed by all individuals and had the potential for substantial growth and enhancement. The key factor lay in the identification of the inherent capabilities present in a person and in acquiring the necessary consciousness to actualize one's creativity. Based on studies undertaken by NASA, it had been shown that an overwhelming 98% of infants possessed inherent intellectual brilliance from birth. Nevertheless, this proportion gradually decreased to 30% at the age of 10, and thereafter dropped to just 12% by the age of 15, indicating a notable reduction in the cognitive abilities related to creativity among youngsters. In contemporary society, people who possessed a combination of creativity and practical intelligence often surpassed their counterparts, therefore attaining advances in several domains, including prospects for work. The cultivation of an understanding that individuals had the capacity to differentiate themselves via their creative abilities emerged as a vital factor in facilitating achievement. The objective of our initiative was to stimulate the motivation of young individuals, reinvigorating this latent attribute. In the context of the present day, the cultivation of creativity extended beyond conventional fields such as physics and mathematics, including the incorporation of these subjects into other aspects of daily existence. The emerging trends in coding and the growing maker movement provided young people with opportunities to engage in creative endeavors from innovative standpoints. While our nation strove to allocate resources towards fostering entrepreneurial ventures, both within our borders and abroad, it was crucial that young people possessed awareness of these prospects and were equipped with the agency to proactively engage with them. Developing a deep admiration for the accomplishments of our notable innovators played a crucial role in fostering the emergence of inventive abilities among young individuals. An analysis of industrialized countries indicated a prevailing pattern whereby children were encouraged to engage in creative endeavors and intellectual activities such as chess, with the aim of nurturing their creativity from a young age. Moreover, our study findings suggested that a significant proportion of innovators originated from these highly industrialized nations. It was worth noting that Croatia and Italy showed a notable presence in terms of prolific innovators and innovative innovations, but Romania seemed to have a comparatively lower level of achievement in this domain. Turkey, despite its extensive historical contributions to the field of invention, continued to maintain a relatively low level of recognition within this domain. Gifted people had immense potential that remained mostly untapped inside our nation and on a global scale. This group encompassed around 2.5% to 3% of the world population. Regrettably, the lack of a dedicated educational framework resulted in a dearth of knowledge on the specific location, endeavors, and educational experiences of this substantial majority. In partner nations, the structures that provided assistance for persons with exceptional abilities were often insufficient, resulting in the unfortunate loss of many such individuals inside the complexities of societal challenges. It was of utmost importance to recognize individuals who, for a variety of reasons, had not received specialized instruction to fully reveal their skills throughout their official educational experiences. Scientific literature highlighted that the proportion of persons classified as gifted in relation to the overall population exhibited variability within the range of 1–2%. Within the context of our project, our primary objective was to uncover and nurture the inherent creativity of young individuals, emphasizing its societal importance and guiding them toward becoming impactful contributors. Our sub-goals were: To inspire and motivate young individuals to enthusiastically embrace their inventive capacities with steadfast dedication. To provide profound insights into the Maker movement and its distinctive characteristics. To expand the understanding of young people regarding inventions and inventors in partner countries, fostering a genuine appreciation for groundbreaking innovations. To cultivate a heightened awareness among young individuals about the vital significance of coding
