Through the implementation of this project, we aim to deepen both interpersonal and intrapersonal knowledge skills of individuals engaged in youth work. More specifically, we aim to employ an eclectic method closely linked to various approaches from the field of psychology, in such a way that areas such as emotions, introspection, as well as fine observation skills of others and oneself are developed. Thus, techniques directly related or adjacent to the cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and psychodrama paradigms will be applied. Based on working with young people, we start with the premise that when those responsible for their development have a higher level of self-awareness and awareness of others, they will be equally capable of passing on good practice examples and contributing to understanding the psychological aspects of each individual, ultimately leading to the best version of everyone. 1. To provide tailored self-development training for 33 individuals engaged in youth work. This program aims to equip participants with essential skills and insights necessary for their personal growth and effectiveness in working with young people. 2. To offer practical psychological tools designed to benefit both the participants and the young individuals indirectly influenced by their training.By providing practical tools, we empower participants to make a positive impact on both themselves and the wider community they serve. 3. To facilitate activities promoting body awareness and introspection, fostering mindfulness and self-awareness. Through these activities, participants will develop a deeper understanding of themselves, leading to a more enriched and fulfilling lifestyle. 4. To cultivate the ability to observe oneself and others, enhancing contributions to society and effectiveness as youth workers. Developing keen observational skills empowers participants to address societal challenges and support the youth they work with more effectively. 5. To create a secure environment where participants can openly express themselves and grow, encouraging the establishment of similar safe spaces within their youth work settings.By fostering trust and openness, participants can nurture a supportive atmosphere, ensuring the well-being and growth of both themselves and the young individuals they mentor. 6. To comprehend the dynamics of healthy relationships, empowering participants to educate others and navigate their own paths toward such relationships.Understanding healthy relationship dynamics equips participants to guide others and maintain fulfilling relationships in their personal and professional lives. 7. To develop a podcast encompassing the comprehensive outcomes of the project, sharing knowledge, cultural insights, tools, and awareness with the wider community. This podcast serves as a platform to disseminate valuable information, tools, as well as tips and tricks from the project, fostering a sense of community among participants and ensuring the knowledge reaches the young people they serve."
