Objectives

The primary goal of this initiative was to increase the employability of young people. We aimed to make the participants more adaptable to evolving labour market needs and the competition they faced from other candidates. We provided participants with opportunities to exchange tools, experiences, expertise, and good practices. To address these objectives for the youth, the project aimed to: Enhance the knowledge of young people living in remote areas or facing economic or social obstacles about professions and skills, bridging the gap between existing professions and skills. Develop youth digital skills by creating a video on career development. Foster innovation, research, and development. Promote knowledge and information about which jobs are suitable for young people based on their personalities. Inspire youth to pursue entrepreneurial ideas. Empower young people. Boost participants' self-confidence and employability skills to make them more competitive in the labour market. Raise awareness of tools that can be used for personal promotion. Provide opportunities for participants with fewer opportunities, such as those facing economic, geographical, and social obstacles, refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants, to learn how to search for their career path, chase their dreams, and improve their employability skills. Promote the inclusion of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including newly arrived migrants. Share knowledge and experiences on job interviews, CVs, and cover letter preparation. Promote effective career planning and goal setting. Empower participants by helping them become more confident with public speaking. Promote common European values, foster social integration, enhance intercultural understanding and a sense of belonging to the community, and prevent violent radicalization. Regarding the Sustainable Development Goals, 'CIA IV' worked on the following goals: SDG 1, 8, and 10.
