The project Sustainable ImPACT 2 was a follow-up to the first edition from 2022. It reflected the current needs in youth work as well as the latest trends in the field of sustainability. In this second edition, we placed greater emphasis on increasing the intensity of the learning process and strengthening the dissemination activities — areas that were identified as weaker points in the previous project. The main idea behind the project and the reason for its creation was the urgent need to adopt solutions to reduce overproduction among young Europeans. One of the key goals and missions of the project was to encourage new generations to deepen their knowledge of sustainability, green skills, and sustainable practices that can be easily applied in everyday life. Therefore, we designed the project specifically for youth workers, offering them a space to develop and exchange knowledge, green competencies, and practices, as well as to strengthen skills that would help promote the project's mission. Through their work, they can now share these values with young people and their communities, becoming role models for positive change. The project objectives were: 1) improve knowlege of the youth workers about European environmental policies and understand the impact of human daily action on the environment 2) develop sustainable practices and exchange their best practices with their international colleagues 3) exchange ideas for developing sustainability related activities within their local youth work 4) equip the youth workers with efficient methods and tools for promotion of the project main mission 5) strengthen cooperation among the European youth workers and their connections for future international projects
