Political participation is a crucial idea for the growth of societies, but when we look at the world, it is generally low. Young people, in particular, are passive citizens who only cast ballots in elections and are uninterested in social or political issues. Young people in Europe are becoming more alone and introverted as a result of technological advancement. In addition to individualization, Eurobarometer states that young people's faith in policy frameworks is a factor that inhibits this rate of political involvement and active citizenship. Another study found that while the distance between EU people and the decision-making processes grew over time, it was due to the complexity of how EU institutions work. In our nation, young people's involvement in politics often does not extend beyond casual conversations among acquaintances. In order to improve the percentage of young people who participate in politics, city councils and political participation platforms have been built around the globe, civil society activities have been boosted, and efforts have been made to include young people in politics via the media. However, teaching the youth about the structure and operation of the EU should come first in order to increase their active citizenship and political participation on the path to building a single European society. In this regard, the European Commission, the Council of the EU, and the EU parliament will be modeled after the union structures for our project, which will be based on an EU simulation. According to statistics from Eurobarometer, the three topics that will be addressed in the project are migration, climate change, and health. These three topics are the most often discussed in Europe. In light of all of this, our goal is to improve the involvement of young people who reside in member states in political and decision-making processes. Specified Goals: 1. To help young people comprehend the composition and operation of the EU. 2. To encourage youth to embrace this structure by showing them how the EU makes decisions. 3. Educating young people about the value of participating in political and decision-making processes. 4. To inspire young people to actively participate in issues including health, migration, and climate change.
