The decrease of youth unemployment is undoubtedly one of the most important and urgent challenges we face in today's labor market. The highest unemployment rates in Europe are in countries like Spain, Greece, Romania and Italy, between 27,4% and 21,3% in young people under 25 years old (Eurostat, June, 2023). Germany has one of the lowest unemployment rates (2,9%). According to Eurostat figures, many young people cannot find work, and although the economic crisis has an impact on job creation, youth unemployment has never fallen below 18%. The specific objectives to be achieved with this project were the following: 1. To foster an entrepreneurial spirit and culture among young people to improve their job opportunities. 2. To develop entrepreneurial skills in young people using sports values as a reference. 3. To use useful tools so that young people can identify their entrepreneurial competencies. 4. To experience the process of creating and presenting an entrepreneurial project. 5. To provide participants with information on funding opportunities for entrepreneurship projects in Europe. 6. To promote the use of the Erasmus+ program as a tool for the development of entrepreneurial skills in young people. During the youth exchange, issues and needs such as the advantages and disadvantages of being an employee or an entrepreneur, unemployment and youth entrepreneurship were addressed.
