Objectives

The "Manage Your Emotions" project was intended to improve young people's Emotional Intelligence (EQ) by means of building important abilities including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and communication skills. By use of non-formal learning approaches, the initiative sought to assist participants in both personal and professional development while tackling modern issues affecting young people. Project's main goals are mostly increasing knowledge about emotional intelligence. Tell participants about the value of EQ for both personal and professional spheres. Give useful instruments to raise self-awareness and control. 🅆 Dealing with Mental Health Issues Help youth manage emotional challenges, anxiety, and stress. Emotional well-being post-pandemic should be the main focus with resilience and self-care techniques offered. - Improving Employability Skills Work on your soft skills—emotional awareness, leadership, and teamwork. Emphasize EQ's part in improved job connections and professional achievement. - Encouraging Conflict Resolving Social Skills Instruct participants in good interpersonal relationship management and communication. Provide means for managing conflicts in a positive manner. ✅ < Promoting Active Democracy and EU Involvement Share information on Erasmus+ and European possibilities for young people. Encourage next joint projects inside Erasmus+ networks. How the Project Solved These Goals? The initiative used a methodical approach, dedicating every day to a different facet of Emotional Intelligence: 1️⃣ Self-awareness: Knowing feelings and personal assets. 2️⃣ Self-regulation: Acquiring efficient emotional management skills. Motivation: Developing own will and conquering obstacles. 4️⃣ Empathy will help to strengthen relationships and social understanding. 5️⃣ Social Skills: Improving teamwork and communication skills. To guarantee a hands-on learning experience, participants engaged in interactive events including role-plays, seminars, group discussions, and city games. Notes of Final Thought Young people were effectively given useful skills by the initiative to raise their EQ, improve mental health, boost employability and social interaction. It also helped to create future prospects inside the Erasmus+ framework and a deeper feeling of community.
