The "Courage for Success" Erasmus+ youth project aimed to address the challenges young people faced in making informed career choices by fostering critical thinking and providing guidance. It sought to achieve the objectives of assisting thirty-eight direct participants in evaluating their current career status, strengths, and weaknesses for better decision-making and personal improvement. Additionally, it provided extensive knowledge about various professions and career options and equipped them with motivation strategies for both short-term and long-term career fulfillment. Thus, the project worked to develop a mindset that inspired informed career decisions and personal growth among young individuals in partner communities while raising awareness about the significance of non-formal and informal learning approaches for career success. Its approach involved creating an inclusive environment for participants from diverse backgrounds and utilizing non-formal learning activities to enhance self-awareness, evaluate current situations, and formulate practical career plans. The ultimate goal was to foster mutual respect, encourage equitable and sustainable actions, and contribute to a digitally adept and environmentally conscious society.
