With the project Society Restarts, we wanted, based on a request from young people in Mariagerfjord municipality, to focus on current global circumstances that are currently taking up more and more space for our young generation, but which can also seem abstract, useless and unmanageable for young people to actively engage in. This is especially themes such as climate, war, politics, society and rights, were themes that they describe as difficult to navigate. In this spotlight this project was launched. We wanted to make an exchange that would give the young people tools to better understand the world we live in and show that we are all connected in it. The key to solving the challenges we face now is therefore broad collaboration and active engagement with the challenges.
