Objectives

The project aimed to develop rural youth's entrepreneurial competencies, equipping them with the skills needed to apply these competencies in real-life situations and foster sustainability in their local communities. A key objective was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the basic elements of an entrepreneurial mindset, utilizing the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (ENTRECOMP) to guide learning and skill-building. Another objective was to enhance participants' knowledge, skills, and attitudes by sharing experiences on how to develop and apply entrepreneurial competencies. This included fostering the ability to implement these skills at organizational, national, and European levels, with a strong emphasis on promoting sustainability in rural areas. The project also sought to increase participants' confidence and inspire behavioral change through non-formal and practical learning methods. By creating an environment of learning by doing, the project encouraged participants to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset and apply these insights in various contexts. Additionally, the project aimed to raise awareness of European policies and visions related to rural entrepreneurship and employment. Participants were encouraged to explore opportunities for growth and engagement within their organizations and communities, with practical tools and strategies provided to ensure that the project’s impact extended beyond the individual level. The project also focused on improving participants’ teamwork and intercultural communication skills. By supporting these competencies, the project prepared participants to confidently engage in future Erasmus+ initiatives and other learning opportunities, fostering a spirit of collaboration and continuous personal development.
