In recent years, due to climate change, the global community has very often faced large-scale natural disasters (NDS) with tragic consequences on human lives, as well as on the economic and social life of everyone. We designed and implemented this program with the aim of young workers and youth (YWrs) and other interconnected actors to understand the impacts of CLIMATE CHANGE and how important it is to acquire knowledge and experience in the issue of PREPARATION and MANAGEMENT OF NATURAL DISASTERS, to deal with fire (home & forest), flood and earthquake. In this way, we expected to minimize the impacts on society and a rapid return to satisfactory growth rates. We set as individual goals: 1. the understanding and familiarization of the trainee with the concept of disaster, preparation, self-protection and the awareness of the concept of risk (danger, vulnerability, preparedness, civil defense-protection). For this reason, our activities were supported by competent bodies and Groups. 2. to come into contact with, observe, and participate in simulations that will be designed and implemented by experienced and certified individuals and organizations (EPOMEA, EKAB, FIRE SERVICE, CIVIL PROTECTION), so that they learn to consistently execute Protocols for the prevention and response to natural disasters, 3. upon returning to their country, to disseminate by any appropriate means in their organization and in the local community the protocols and all kinds of innovative practices with the aim of a more safe daily life, 4. through non-formal learning processes and structured interaction activities, to cultivate life values such as: RESPECT and PROTECTION of life, SOLIDARITY, VOLUNTEERING, ACCEPTANCE of DIVERSITY, the right of everyone to a DIGNIFIED AND SAFE LIFE. For this reason, 7 people with disabilities were invited and participated, for whom special adaptations and arrangements were made. 5. to improve participants' language and digital skills, 6. to recognize the skills acquired from this specific activity, which will be certified with the Youth Pass which will be awarded, 7. to participate and expand the network of collaborating organizations with the aim of implementing future ERASMUS programs, (the development of collaborations-partnerships is a priority of ERASMUS+ programs), 8. through knowledge, experience and the cultivation of the skills mentioned above, to achieve improvement in their professional, personal and social development, 9 taking into account conclusions and suggestions from daily reflection and the answers to the individual evaluation reports, to give us the opportunity to make general and more specific improvements to our future programs, 10. to cause a cultural osmosis and the exchange of cultural products, through the implementation of activities to get to know cultural monuments and sites of our places and 11. to support extroversion, readability and internationalization of all participating organizations
