The objectives that both entities set out to achieve through this exchange have been closely linked to the principles and goals established in the Erasmus+ programmes. This programme has played an essential role in the training, dynamisation and consolidation of a group of young people committed to the fundamental values of interculturality, citizen integration, equality, cultural promotion and the fight against discrimination. All of this is aimed at contributing to the strengthening of social cohesion and the progress of each municipality, through the development of key skills throughout the project. In this context, we have set out to achieve the following fundamental objectives: • Promote awareness, training and action among the youth of each municipality, committing them to the values previously mentioned. • Promote the active participation of young people from both organisations, in Etxebarri and Athens, through awareness and information activities. • Transmit and instil a lifestyle and praxis based on values of mutual respect, equity and equality. • Address the prevention of racism and discrimination, promoting a more inclusive and fair society. • Contribute to sustainable growth and social cohesion, working together to strengthen these pillars. • Promote youth mobility and inclusion, especially for young people with fewer resources and opportunities.
