This project arises from the participation of some members of the Canarian organization in a training activity of the Government of the Canary Islands in which the learning methodology called Flipped Classroom (inverted class) was discussed. We found it to be an interesting learning method that can be taken to non-formal and informal contexts. On the other hand, we learned Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences (IIMM) in our educational centers. And the fact is that the combination of both factors has seemed to us to be an unbeatable path to employability in these times of uncertainty and crisis, which, yes, still remains in our countries. Once the foundations of the initial idea had been developed and a search for partners had been made (in SALTO OTLAS), they could not have been more in agreement with the relevance of the project, the methodology and the connection with our employability. Thus, we decided to take a step forward towards this Erasmus+ project. General objective. Achieve that various actors linked to the project (direct and indirect participants, public organizations and institutions and their representatives) turn the formal learning model around through the Flipped Classroom technique, incorporating elements of non-formal learning with a focus on the Theory of Intelligences Multiple oriented to our employability. The specific objectives of the project are: • Dynamize and activate each and every participant through games and group dynamics. • Know in detail all the activities of the week of activities, their methods and objectives, as well as the preparation work that each partner has done. • Agree on the safety and risk prevention aspects necessary to have a smooth experience. • Merge the partnership into a single group with common goals. • Evidence the activities, interests, concerns and learning of each organization of the partnership. • Measure the knowledge, skills, abilities and knowledge acquired during the day. • End an intense day in a pleasant and fun way for everyone. • Contextualize multiple intelligences (IIMM) as a vehicle for measuring and acquiring essential knowledge for employability. • Discuss and reach consensus on the theory of the IIMM and to what extent they help to better identify the knowledge oriented to the labor sector. • Identify good practices in the area of the project's theme and to what extent they support the employability of young Europeans. • Know the local democratic authorities to value the rule of law and citizen participation. • Incorporate new factors that modify the decision-making of politicians in matters that directly concern us young people. • Provide visibility, seek a greater multiplier effect and expand the impact beyond the local limits of the project. • Develop linguistic and interpersonal abilities and skills linked to argumentation, the construction of discourse and the defense of arguments for debate. • Understand the traditions, habits, customs and tangible and intangible heritage of the represented territories. • Learn to speak in public in English to express what we know, understand and feel about our dreams and personal projects. • Simulate various experiences that we have had or that we intuit in real working life. • Share a fairly informal time to prepare an informal meal. • Learn through practical observation of real experiences in a relaxed context of learning and serene debate. • Learn about the possibilities offered by "Erasmus+: Youth in Action" to young Europeans. • Learn to develop an "Erasmus+: Youth in Action" project in a practical and entertaining way. • Acquire first-hand information from the local society related to the theme of the project, as well as obtain valuable conclusions about their perception of learning for life. • Measure the knowledge, skills, abilities and knowledge acquired during the project, as well as its practical aspects. • Capture the acquired abilities, skills and competencies in a recognized certificate.
