The project has several objectives from the perspective of youth work practice. Firstly, we aim to foster the development of skills among young participants. Through multidisciplinary art workshops, we provide them with the opportunity to cultivate creative skills in acting, dance, music, painting, and filmmaking. This training not only allows them to express themselves artistically but also promotes personal development and self-confidence, key aspects of youth work. Secondly, the project focuses on intercultural exchange. By bringing together young people from two different countries, we create an environment conducive to intercultural understanding and friendship. This aligns with youth work practice by fostering tolerance and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives while strengthening cooperation and bridge-building among young people from different backgrounds. Thirdly, we address contemporary issues related to the future of work and new technologies. This approach enables young participants to creatively explore the challenges and opportunities presented by the ever-changing world of work. Discussion and reflection on these topics are crucial in youth work, as they help young people make informed decisions about their future educational and career paths. In summary, our project seeks to empower young people through art, intercultural understanding, and the exploration of contemporary issues.
