Objectives

DiversitY on the MOVE 2 (hereafter DYMOVE 2) was a Partnership Activity that aimed to bring together European Organisations working in mobility projects, especially Youth Exchanges and Volunteering Projects involving people with Functional Diversity, who wanted to expand their contacts for future cooperation. We wanted, through this PBA, to extend the network of Organisations involved in the field of Disability and to be able to move towards the regularisation of the mobility of people with Functional Diversity within the ERASMUS+ and ESC programmes so that the Inclusion priorities promoted by these programmes become a normalised process and have a natural impact (i.e. a process inherent to the programmes and not considered as a priority/exception). Through DYMOVE 2, our aim was to gather and provide space, time and resources to Organisations working with and providing opportunities for young people with Functional Diversity and with the intention and interest to organise Youth Exchange projects, Volunteering projects as well as other actions proposed by ERASMUS+ and ESC programmes. Our main motivation and objectives for the activities was to provide a non-formal education and learning opportunity that has allowed us to: + Create a solid and reliable network of partners interested in organising European mobility projects for people with Functional Diversity. + To increase and improve the quality of European mobility projects involving young people with functional diversity. + To become familiar with other working methods and exchange good practices and experiences both within ERASMUS+ and the ESC. + To extend networking + To improve cooperation between organisations working with young people with and without functional diversity. + Support the development of new projects in the framework of the Erasmus+ and ESC programmes.
