By implementing the project the consortium tried to encourage young people with fewer opportunities to engage in entrepreneurship and raise their employability through fostering youth workers’ competences in entrepreneurial education and mentoring. To achieve this, we achieved the following objectives: 1.Enhanced youth workers capacities to understand and analyze the needs of youngsters with fewer opportunities. 2. Developed youth workers mentoring skills and drew out the entrepreneurial potential of young people with fewer opportunities 3. Encouraged youth workers to support young people to get engaged in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education 4. Facilitated networking and further co-operation between participants and their organizations for issues concerning cooperation between youth, youth workers and communities across EU member and neighboring countries.
