The project is designed for youth leaders to develop more autonomy and confidence in promoting their own initiatives, as well as integrating tools that they can offer to young people to believe in their talents and potential, and trust their abilities and opinions. Train the different channels of communication (kinesthetic, proprioceptive, visual, auditory, cognitive, relational and world) to bring youngsters to a free expression experience, taking the meaning of freedom as a guiding thread. Develop skills and abilities to design and run a safe and trusting space, where youngters may express and co-create creatively, authentictly and in accordance with their true values. To practice strategies to bring youngters to unknown places, where the limits of their own thoughts, internal criticisms, preassure and fears of being judged, stay out. Highlight attitudes for a conscious and empathetic leadership model, capable of embracing all the diversity of a group.
