The motivation for our project was born in the recognition of the importance of entrepreneurship and emotional intelligence in fostering economic growth, innovation, and personal development among young people. By combining entrepreneurship education with the principles of emotional intelligence, the Entrepreneurial EQ project addressed the need to prepare young people for the challenges and opportunities of the business world. It aimed to empower them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and emotional competencies to navigate the entrepreneurial journey successfully. The project's focus on collaboration with stakeholders, integration of emotional intelligence in education, and creation of a supportive entrepreneurial community ensured its long-term impact and sustainability. In addition, the project aligned with several Global Goals, particularly Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth and Goal 4: Quality Education. By equipping young people with entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and emotional intelligence, the project has contributed to creating employment opportunities, fostering innovation, and promoting quality education that supports entrepreneurship and personal development.
