The project objectives are: - fighting against discrimination and racism - learning about new culture and respecting differences - improving empathy skills and other social skills - widening our perspectives and learning about new point of views - normalizing mental health issues and opening discussion about them - Improving participants’ self-esteem and trust in oneself - learning project skills and involving participants into planning, realization and dissemination of a project The objectives of the project were set by our participants. The whole project was planned with them and based on their own wishes and needs. Majority of Finnish group had no experience of international projects and therefore we wanted to keep the objectives realistic and plan the programme so that everybody would feel safe.
