With this project, Le Créneau wanted to re-mobilize the local population in a rural area lacking dynamism, by creating a Halloween event led by young Europeans. Through this project, we wanted to enable participants to increase their self-confidence, improve their ability to live and work in a group, experience the power of collective work and intelligence, strengthen their European identity, and develop their artistic and creative skills. This time of exchange is also a break in their daily routine, enabling them to reflect on their lives and think about their plans for the future. The objectives of this project were to - Open the minds of young Europeans to different professional approaches and alternatives, giving them the perspective of an open world of opportunities. - Show young Europeans the professional and educational opportunities that the European Union and Erasmus have to offer. - To show participants that they belong to a community larger than their neighborhood, village or country. Make participants feel their European identity. - Energize the rural area where the association is based, bringing together the local community and establishing links with local structures. - Create an event for all types of audience, using different artistic, culinary and graphic methods. - Increase young people's autonomy and confidence by letting them be the creators and executors of the event's activities. - Increase participants' employability by giving them the opportunity to acquire new skills.
