Through this project, our ambition was to implement and promote more inclusive practices in the field of outdoor education, a concept we often found in European and international projects that highlight non-formal education as a learning method. The objectives we set for ourselves to achieve this goal were as follows: O1: To include people from all backgrounds, particularly those with fewer opportunities and persons with disabilities, in an Erasmus+ professional development project — a youth workers' mobility focused on outdoor education. O2: By doing so, we aimed to initiate a discussion among youth work practitioners about inclusion in sports and outdoor activities, and to promote existing tools and strategies for the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities, particularly within international mobilities and the Erasmus+ programme. O3: Our objective was to reduce the risk of exclusion faced by young people and individuals with fewer opportunities and to counteract the discrimination they encounter, by fostering reflection on the stereotypes affecting young people with fewer opportunities and/or disabilities. O4: Finally, we intended to build a youth exchange focused on the themes of inclusion and outdoor education with the participants involved in this project.
