The project Perm’ACTION aims to enhancing and professionalising the work of youth workers all around Europe and to support young people in learning mobility projects, find local and international solutions against global warming through relevant sustainable topics. This project aimed to promote environmental responsability and social inclusion through an approach to sustainability by providing theoretical and practical times on key issues such as agroforestry, permaculture design and regenerative hydrology. The Perm’ACTION project was designed with the will to develop collective regenerative practices by improving different knowledge and techniques, easy to implement and reproducible in other European countries. Therefore, regarding the perspective of youth practice, the project will : Empower youth workers skills and methods in sustainable relevant sectors in order to disseminate them in their own project with young people ; Help them to find local solutions to global warming through agroecological transition and to disseminate them nationally and transnationally ; Connect them to create a strong European network of youth workers promoting democratic values and empowering the European feeling ; Provide them a strong set of skills and competences to be more efficient on the labour market of youth work ; Access their language skills in order to develop their European mobility ; Empower their awareness in collective intelligence and shared governance by non-formal learnings such as talking circle, non-violent communication and self development.
