In implementing this project, the main objective was to educate the participating youth workers by providing them with essential tools to strengthen their skills in social inclusion. The aim was to enable them to better support young people, especially those at risk of exclusion, by offering them better life and career prospects. Additionally, we aimed to create good practices in digital media, leveraging its potential to reach a wider audience and raise awareness of social inclusion efforts. One of the project’s goals was to educate participants in the use of one of the most universal, flexible, and powerful means of cultural expression and non-formal education: theater. The purpose was to use this tool to highlight the risk factors that lead young people into exclusion and find solutions to reduce and address the lack of access to certain social and financial conditions that promote youth integration into society. The integration of digital media was also essential, given its pervasive influence on young people today. Our goal was to show youth workers how to use digital platforms to promote social practices, increase the visibility of their projects, and create a broader impact. Finally, the project aimed to address the challenges that make integration and inclusion of young people difficult in today’s society. We sought to develop strategies and responses to these persistent issues, in order to empower young people, particularly NEETs (not in employment, education, or training), to find their place and role in our constantly changing world.
