The group decided to develop the ACCESS project to encourage cooperation between national education and social services. Through this project, the group was able to develop: - an innovative common culture, freeer from individual schemes and representations, by sharing common experiences in the field and enabling them to be applied in their own local territories; - joint practices and analyses tending to define well-thought-out methods of actions; - comparison with other existing practices. The objectives of the ACCESS project were: 1. to develop new types of cooperation between the two sectors, with the aim of promoting an inclusive dynamic through the discovery, exchange and inspiration of approaches, practices and resources implemented by other countries. 2. Strengthen the team by creating a positive synergy between national education and social services, thanks to daily experiences (observations, meetings, exchanges, etc.). 3. Acquire a trans-sectorial culture through the daily sharing of professional language, questions and practices. 4. Develope initiative and adapting systems in a new environment. 5. Creating exchange and cooperation at European level.
