The idea behind Diversity Lab' was to enable young people to learn and test different activities to promote active and inclusive citizenship. This first project for the Odyssee association allowed young people to experiment with the various best practices that two young people had discovered during the Divers'Ielles project and to put them into practice in a local area with young people aged 16 to 30. The various activities, spread over 15 months, allowed each participant to test and create their own inclusive citizenship journey. At the end of this project, the young people: - met and exchanged ideas on the topic of gender equality - tested, experimented with, and "mastered" different activities to promote gender equality - identified key people and locations for involvement in volunteering and gender equality - created and organized events with activities on active citizenship and gender equality open to all for discovery and sharing - organized themselves into groups, collaborated, and produced citizen initiatives - created and developed new project ideas together around active citizenship and gender equality
