The idea of the project was to bring together youth workers and enable them to learn how to incorporate art in forms like photography, film, music, and visual arts in their work with young people. Objectives of the project were: O1: Create a network of youth workers who will share work techniques and tools used in their work with young people. O2: Establish a safe and inclusive space, enabling all participants to express themselves equally, regardless of nationality, sex, gender, sexual orientation, language, or culture. O3: Share good practices and find ways to implement them in partner countries, focusing on creative and artistic expression among young people. O1; O3: During the project, we achieved all the objectives of the project. We also created the Toolkit for youth workers, which includes activities that participants created during the training course. Participants created a network among their organizations, themselves, and partner organizations. Participants shared their knowledge with others, as well as learned new knowledge about creative expressions to work with young people. All this is presented in the mentioned toolkit (publication) that we developed. Organizations involved in the project created a network as well, creating strong connections among organizations, applying new projects, and working on sharing the learned knowledge in the field of creativity. O2: During the project, and its activity, a safe space was provided to participants, and regular reflection sessions with trainers and other participants were organized with the goal of maintaining a safe and inclusive space. During introduction (get-to-know) sessions, trainers made sure all participants expressed their pronouns in order to create a safe and inclusive space. Since one of the participants was a non-binary person, the trainers made sure to make them comfortable (for example, while labeling the bathrooms, they labeled female, male, and non-binary bathrooms). Participants created the set of "rules" on safer and braver space which served as reminder of safe spaces, inclusive and respective environments. In conclusion, all the objectives were reached and achieved. The project had a significant impact on the participants, involved organizations, and trainers.
