Objectives

• Creating a shared space and opportunities for fostering inclusion and raising awareness of social and personal differences: Participants work together to achieve common goals, build strong working relationships, get to know each other better, understand each other’s differences with tolerance and empathy, reduce prejudices and segregation, dismantle stigmas, and discover the benefits of diversity. • Establishing an inclusive learning environment: In line with non-formal and informal youth work methods, we provide opportunities for young people to engage in civil society and express their opinions in forums. • Deepening young people's connection to their cultural heritage: We offer an engaging method to help them understand the foundations of their personal roots, which facilitates the appreciation of cultural values and incorporates them as part of their identity. • Bridging tradition and modernity: Participants process new knowledge through art therapy and drama pedagogy activities and create a contemporary performance piece. • Promoting intercultural dialogue and strengthening social cohesion. • Strengthening communication among young people: We provide opportunities for participants to express their opinions, individual and societal needs, and feelings face-to-face in the same space. The initiative aims to increase empathy, sensitivity, and collaboration among groups with different ethnic, financial, and national backgrounds. It also fosters solidarity and tolerance while reducing stigma. • Reinforcing the role of arts education in fostering active citizenship: Encouraging a sense of responsibility and understanding based on respect for human rights and democracy. Enhancing the contribution of arts to social cohesion, intercultural dialogue, gender equality, and equal opportunities. • Learning cooperative techniques and project methodologies: Utilizing informal and non-formal methods. • Developing the competencies of young people, including Roma youth: Enabling them to actively participate in European democratic life through discussions about common values and human rights.
