Cork ETB Youth Services and the Local Creative Youth Partnership wish to enhance the capacity of non‐formal education and civil society through the co-creation of an Environmental Festival that is a platform for young people with seldom heard voices to engage decision makers on Climate issues. We wish to enable the transformation and empowerment of young people in vulnerable situations through practical, participatory access to creativity; to highlight that creative, non-formal learning is an empowering process which enables youth participants to make decisions, witness impact and create an environment of trust and empathy that assures the inclusion of social and cultural diversity.
