With the project we aimed to achieve several objectives: first and foremost, to foster among participants the development of social, communication, creative and language skills, while at the same time strengthening teamwork and the building of lasting international relationships. We also sought to encourage reflection on European values and on what it means to be European citizens, accompanied by a rediscovery of shared cultural roots. Participants and their well-being were always at the centre of the project. An equally important objective was to actively involve young people facing different difficulties, offering them an inclusive environment. All of this was made possible by using role-play as an innovative tool in youth work, capable of opening up new perspectives and opportunities for growth.
