Objectives

The Starting Point, Definition, Aims and Goals of Our Project: The Starting Point of Our Project: In today's rapidly changing and intense world, psychological conditions such as stress and anger are among the important factors that negatively affect the quality of life of individuals. The requirements of modern life sometimes put people under excessive load, which can trigger physical, emotional and psychological health problems. People, especially young people, cannot benefit sufficiently from the skills and resources required to cope with this stress. In a society where coping with stress is inadequate, it is of great importance for individuals to develop their ability to cope with these difficulties. Therefore, the need to raise awareness of societies and especially young people against stress and to provide anger and stress management skills constituted the basic starting point of our project. The Definition of Our Project: Our project aimed to determine the sources of stress and anger and to examine the effects of these situations on society and individuals. Various activities were carried out in order to develop stress coping skills, improve the quality of life of individuals and support their psychological health. Our project aimed not only to help individuals learn ways to cope with stress, but also to lay the foundations for a healthier society by creating social awareness. In addition, contributing to the personal development of young people and raising their awareness about coping with stress was one of the primary goals of the project. Aims and Objectives: #The main purpose of our project was to provide individuals with both short-term and long-term strategies for coping with emotional states such as stress and anger, and to ensure that they can create a healthy psychological balance. #Our project allowed us to examine the sources of the negative effects of stress and anger on individuals. In this way, awareness was created in order to understand the causes of stress and develop more effective coping strategies. #By investigating the effects of stress on individuals' behaviors, an in-depth examination was made on the long-term consequences of stress on personal relationships and social life. #Our project helped participants learn individual stress management methods and create an environment of solidarity so that they can support each other at a social level while coping with stress. #Our project provided information that helps people cope with anger and stress in societies where anger control is lacking and awareness was raised about the need to acquire skills. #Our project made participants aware of the short-term and long-term methods they should use to cope with stress. Thus, participants were able to cope with stress in a healthier way. #Participants were helped to develop effective communication and problem-solving skills. #Considering that self-esteem and self-confidence have a positive effect on the ability to cope with stress, participants were informed on this subject and these skills were developed. #Examples were given that strengthened the mental health of the participants and protected them from the harmful effects of stress. Our Project's Connection with Erasmus Plus: #Our project encouraged participants in their English language learning processes and helped them develop their intercultural communication skills. #Within the scope of Erasmus Plus, participants were helped to get rid of their digital addiction and encouraged participants to participate in volunteer work and social activities. #Our project aimed to increase participants’ awareness of stress, anger control and psychological health. #Our project aimed to develop participants’ stress coping skills and thus create a positive impact on social health. #Our project made participants aware of the opportunities offered by Erasmus Plus.
