OBJECTIVE 1: AWARENESS OF YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH The first goal of the project was to raise awareness among young people about mental health and the risks associated with inappropriate use of social media. We worked to help participants better understand how online interactions could affect their mental state and emotions. OBJECTIVE 2: STRESS MANAGEMENT SKILLS We aimed to provide participants with practical skills to cope with stress and pressures related to modern life, including those arising from intensive social media use. The goal was to help them develop healthy and effective strategies for managing stress. OBJECTIVE 3: RESPONSIBLE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA The project promoted responsible and mindful use of social media among young people. We sought to support them in understanding how to use digital platforms in a positive way to build meaningful relationships, promote mental well-being, and spread positive messages. OBJECTIVE 4: INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGE Another goal was to facilitate intercultural exchange between young people from different cultural and geographical backgrounds. The project encouraged mutual understanding, empathy, and the creation of friendships, providing a rich and diverse learning environment. OBJECTIVE 5: USE OF DIGITAL TOOLS FOR LEARNING We taught participants how to effectively use digital tools for learning and knowledge sharing. Young people gained skills in creating online content and using digital tools to document their experiences. OBJECTIVE 6: DISSEMINATION AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT We actively engaged both the local and online communities to ensure that the results of the project reached a wider audience and contributed to greater awareness of mental health and mindful social media use. OBJECTIVE 7: CREATION OF THE LOGBOOK AS A TOOL FOR DISSEMINATION AND TRACKING One of the key tools of the project was the logbook: a detailed diary of activities carried out during the week. The logbook served a dual purpose: on one hand, it was a tool for dissemination to share experiences and knowledge, and on the other, it was a valuable reference for participants, containing practical tips on how to manage stress, improve digital literacy, and promote mental well-being.
