Objectives

The "MindGym: Gamified Challenges in Problem-Solving"; project was launched in response to the growing recognition that youth education needs to evolve beyond traditional methods. With increasing global complexity, young people face challenges that require not just theoretical knowledge but adaptive problem- solving, digital fluency, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. This project was designed to use gamification—a technique integrating game elements into non- game contexts—as a tool for stimulating interest, fostering innovation, and enhancing engagement in youth education. The objectives were multifold: - To create inclusive and innovative learning environments through gamified approaches. - To strengthen critical and creative thinking skills among youth. - To promote intercultural awareness and cooperation through international teamwork. - To build the capacity of youth workers in designing and delivering non-formal education. - To contribute to digital transformation in youth work through the integration of ICT tools
