The project aimed to equip young people with key competences, improve their employability, and provide practical learning experiences through role-playing techniques. We wanted participants to develop essential soft skills, such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, adaptability, and leadership, which are crucial for personal and professional growth. Our objectives were: Key competences development – Participants engaged in LARP sessions, workshops, and team challenges to enhance skills like decision-making, negotiation, and emotional intelligence. Youth employability – The project focused on soft skills training, public speaking, and digital literacy, helping participants gain practical skills relevant to the job market. Intercultural awareness – Through intercultural evenings and cultural exchange activities, participants developed cross-cultural communication skills and a better understanding of European diversity. Active participation and initiative – By allowing participants to lead sessions, plan activities, and contribute to dissemination efforts, we encouraged self-confidence, responsibility, and independent thinking. Practical dissemination of results – The creation of the LARP Ultimate Guide and the European Skillers public event ensured that the project’s impact extended beyond the participants, engaging a wider audience. Despite challenges , the project successfully met these objectives. Participants left with increased confidence, practical experience, and a stronger understanding of their own skills and career opportunities. The results were not only beneficial to them but also to the partner organizations and the local communities involved.
