Objectives

The "Healthy Life - Happy Life" project aimed to promote the holistic well-being of young people by addressing both physical and mental health. The primary objectives were: 1. Enhancing Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness: The project sought to empower participants through activities like yoga, meditation, and connection-building exercises. These activities were designed to help participants develop greater emotional intelligence and self-awareness, enabling them to navigate life's challenges with resilience and manage their emotions more effectively. 2. Promoting Healthy Lifestyles: We aimed to educate participants on balanced nutrition and sports science, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to lead healthier lives. This objective was intended to inspire young people to adopt sustainable habits that would positively affect their long-term well-being. 3. Encouraging Positivity and Well-Being: By incorporating positive psychology into the activities, the project aimed to create a supportive environment that fostered optimism and resilience. The objective was to cultivate positivity and well-being among participants, empowering them to lead happier and more fulfilling lives. 4. Fostering Active Participation and Leadership: The project employed a "learning by doing" approach, encouraging participants to design and lead activities aligned with the project's objectives. This hands-on involvement aimed to provide valuable opportunities for skill development, leadership, and personal growth. Overall, the project sought to enrich the lives of young people by promoting physical and mental health, encouraging active participation, and nurturing personal development in alignment with the core principles of youth work.
