Objectives

With the project we aimed to bring together 35 young participants from Latvia, Greece, Austria, Turkey, and North Macedonia to learn, share, and collaborate on topics related to artificial intelligence (AI). Our goal was to create a space where youth could increase their understanding of AI and digital skills, explore ethical considerations, and develop practical abilities in using AI tools. We also wanted participants to share their cultural backgrounds, work together on creative projects, and build connections that would last beyond the project. Through the project, we hoped participants would return to their communities empowered, with new knowledge and skills to apply and share with others. The main objectives of our project were: * Enhancing digital literacy and skills: equip participants with digital skills such as using AI tools and understanding internet safety. * Educating youth on AI and its ethical implications: provide an understanding of how AI works, its uses, and ethical concerns like privacy and fairness. * Creating a youth-friendly AI guide: collaboratively develop a PDF guide that could be shared with a broader youth audience for education on AI. * Empowering youth leadership and engagement: encourage participants to take active roles in discussions, workshops, and project dissemination. * Promoting the Erasmus Plus program: highlight the opportunities and benefits of Erasmus+ for personal growth and organizational development through international cooperation.
