Objectives

We wanted to bring together 28 participants from seven countries: Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Germany, Turkey, and Greece. However, due to visa issues, one participant from Turkey could not join, so we successfully implemented the project with 27 participants. This did not affect the quality of the project, as the remaining participants actively contributed and engaged in all activities. The aim was to create a safe and inclusive learning space for youth workers, educators, and NGO representatives to develop their skills and knowledge. Through this project, we wanted to improve participants' abilities to guide and mentor young people in their transition from education to employment. We hoped that the participants would: * Gain practical tools and methods for supporting young people in entering the labor market. * Build soft skills such as teamwork, communication, adaptability, and leadership. * Learn how to create professional materials like CVs and personal branding documents. * Share experiences, best practices, and inspiration in an intercultural environment. * Return to their local communities as more competent and confident youth workers, equipped to make a positive impact on young people’s employability. Additionally, we aimed to create a comprehensive PDF guide for youth workers and NGOs as a resource to assist young individuals in securing meaningful employment. The project had six main objectives: * To empower participants with the competences and expertise needed to guide and mentor young people in their career development. * To bridge the skills gap among European youth by equipping them with knowledge demanded by employers. * To enhance the overall quality of youth work practices across the EU by supporting the professional development of youth workers. * To strengthen the capacities of partner organizations in planning, implementing, and evaluating future projects. * To disseminate a practical guide that offers tools and strategies for helping young people enter the labor market. * To promote the Erasmus+ program as a vital resource for youth workers and organizations supporting young people.
