The project "Bridge across the Ocean" created a sustainable network of organizations that worked and are going to work together to develop and implement high-quality projects for young people that benefit individuals, communities, and society as a whole. Objectives of the project were: - to improve the competences of youth workers from 9 different countries to work internationally and with different cultural backgrounds; geographical obstacles; different work ethic; - To foster the exchange of best practices and innovative ideas for working with young people and for engaging them to become active citizens, voices and minds that contribute to their community, especially for young people with fewer opportunities; - To raise awareness about importance of needs assessment for (youth) projects and introduce different methods for needs assessments; - to develop a stable and active network of partners that will continuously support and help each other; - To promote Erasmus+ projects and mobilities in the local community (in Curacao) - To create concrete strategic partnerships and activities that will be developed on needs assessment during the mobility activity.
