Through this project, we aimed to achieve the following objectives: O1: Implementing S3.0 as an Innovative Internal Organizational System for NGOs O2: S3.0 adapted to NGOs - focuses on adapting S3.0 for NGOs, offering a practical approach to enhance the competence of partner organizations' staff in utilizing S3.0 for improved workflow and collaboration with their target groups O3: Sociocracy 3.0 adapted to the NGOs TGs - Gather feedback from the first round of implementation of S3.0 in the partner organisations, that could ensure the applicability for the 3rd sector, considering the specific mission and vision of each partner. O4: Enable youth workers to enhance their skills and seamlessly incorporate the novel methodologies provided in the digital kit. O5: Guarantee the visibility of the project and its outcomes by actively engaging local stakeholders in promotional and dissemination efforts. The project's main objective was to implement an innovative internal organizational system known as Sociocracy 3.0 (S3.0) and tailor it to the requirements of partner organizations within their working contexts. The main needs were to equip youth organizations (youth workers and members) with the tools to become well-organized, focused on delivering quality outcomes, and oriented towards achieving their goals. This way, we wanted to address crucial challenges related to integration, personal and career development, and mental and emotional health faced by youth. We've successfully adopted Sociocracy 3.0 (S3.0), increasing the quality and innovation of our youth work and that of our partner NGOs and we have managed to bring substantial improvements to the ways we are working and collaborating, generate new initiatives and project ideas, and create impact with the young people. We expanded our reach to more NGOs and increased local youth initiatives. We're proud of the tangible improvements within our organizations.
