Objectives

This project focused on the importance of helping young people learn about entrepreneurship and showed how humor could support them on their journey. Entrepreneurs were seen as modern heroes who brought big changes and ideas to the world. Still, becoming an entrepreneur was not easy—many young people faced challenges like fear of failure or not having enough experience. The project showed that humor could help young people face these challenges, improve how they talk and connect with others, and make them stand out in the business world. By using both entrepreneurship and humor, the project helped young people build useful skills for their future. In the end, the goal was to support and guide young people to become confident and creative entrepreneurs. The main goals of the project were: To help young people understand what entrepreneurship is; To work against youth unemployment, a problem in many European countries; To show how humor can be used as a helpful tool in finding jobs and solving problems; To support young people in becoming more creative and productive; To help them build important life and work skills; To create space for sharing experiences and learning from each other; To encourage future partnerships between youth organizations; To teach participants more about the Erasmus+ Programme and Youthpass.
