"Being open to change" is a youth exchange project created by young people representing four partner organizations from Poland, Hungary, Spain, and the Czech Republic. The initiative focused on exploring topics related to volunteering, the European Solidarity Corps, and the broader concept of social solidarity. The main goal of the project was to promote the idea of volunteering, raise awareness about it, and encourage young people to get involved in social activities. Through the project, participants had the opportunity to learn about different forms of volunteering, which stimulated their creativity and fostered an entrepreneurial approach to action both locally and internationally. The initiative responded to the real needs of both young people and the involved organizations. The entire project preparation process was based on close cooperation between the partners and the active participation of young people, who jointly designed its structure and objectives. This resulted in authenticity, strong engagement, and a high quality of the activities carried out.
