Objectives

The project "Emotions on Stage: Theatrical Competence Track" aimed to help young people improve their emotional intelligence, manage conflicts, and communicate more effectively through theater techniques. It focused on a group of 42 participants, intending to increase their skills in these areas by at least 40%. The project also promoted the use of theater as a powerful educational tool for social change. A key achievement was the creation of a film showcasing these techniques, which reached a wide audience, fulfilling the goal of gaining several thousand views. Another important objective was to raise awareness about the effectiveness of dramatic and theatrical techniques, encouraging participants to express themselves artistically. The project culminated in a performance about emotions, watched by over 100 people. Additional goals included offering participants the opportunity to experience real theater, improve their ability to clearly express emotions and prevent conflicts, and foster inclusion for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project also aimed to boost participants' self-confidence and their ability to work in multicultural environments
